This project consists of a complete outdoor renovation. This residence was newly purchased which gave our team a clean slate to design and build a luxury outdoor living space for our client. We were tasked to design + build a wrought iron fence system and automatic gate connected by natural stone veneered pillars. These gates open to a 6,000 sq.ft. paver driveway. This driveway then channels into two walkways, one to the front door and one around back. The back of this residence was transformed into a luxury outdoor living space which consists of a 2,050 sq.ft. patio, a built in barbeque, and finally a custom firepit and seating bench to tie it all together. We just recently added a custom gunite swimming pool and spa to really finish off this estate.
